Northumberland County has been divided into two OSM Task Manager projects: NC East and NC West. This will allow local mappers to map community assets related to sustainable development goals. NC West includes the Town of Cobourg, Port Hope Township and Hamilton Township.
The focus for phase one is community food security. The OSM Wiki on Food Security provides a list of general tags for mapping food security
