This Tasking Manager will be divided into 2 tasks.
Task 1 - Parking Lane Configuration and Speed Limits (Beginner)
Mark as done in the Tasking Manager.
maxspeedparking:lane:leftparking:lane:rightparking:lane:both
Possible values: parallel, marked, no_stopping, no_parking, fire_lane
